The largest communication operator Beeline announces the expansion of roaming capabilities on board aircraft by partnering with OnAir company.
«In March, we announced to our customers, that they are the first in the country will be able to experience the benefits of communication at the height, using the roaming on boards of the airplanes of several airlines - says commercial director of Unitel, Maksim Efremov. - Today we are pleased to announce a partnership with another, on-board communication operator, that allows to double the list of airlines on flights of which Beeline can provide this innovative service and provide customers with reliable communication during the flight».
Now, Beeline subscribers can make use of roaming services in the aircrafts of such airlines as "Aeroflot», All Nippon Airways, AZAL, Cebu Pacific Air, Egyptair, Hong Kong Airlines, Iberia, Libyan Airlines, Oman Air, Philippine Airlines, Royal Jordanian, Saudia, TAM Airlines and Thai Airways.
Earlier it was reported that the roaming of Beeline in cooperation with the British mobile operator AeroMobile is provided on aircrafts of Transaero, British Airways, Air France, Lufthansa, KLM, SAS, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Aer Lingus and Eva Air companies.
The cost of roaming services on board the aircraft remains unchanged:
- a minute of incoming call - $ 7.98
- a minute of outgoing call to Uzbekistan - $ 6.96
- a minute of outgoing call to other countries - $ 8.40
- an outgoing SMS - $ 1,26
- GPRS (1 MB) - $ 27
